Bethenny Frankel: Sued for $100 Million!
Going after a not-so-slim slice of her Skinnygirl empire, Bethenny Frankel”s ex-managers have just slapped her with a $100 million lawsuit. The suit, filed by L.A.-based Raw Talent yesterday (May 11), alleges that Bethenny agreed to pay ten percent in commissions when she signed with company back in 2008 – adding that she specifically sought counsel over development and marketing of the Skinnygirl cocktail line, and then proceeded to fire the firm just days before signing off on a deal for the brand. According to the complaint, it was Raw that shepherded Frankel”s career, paving the way for her liquor line success, which ultimately resulted in reported $120 million sale of the brand.
