Geared up for a day in court, Paris Hilton was spotted outside the Los Angeles, CA courthouse on Wednesday (April 27).

While the hotel heiress was appearing to take the witness stand, police were forced to restrain a man who has allegedly been stalking Hilton after he attacked her current beau, Cy Waits.

In the courtroom, Ms Hilton testified against Nathan Lee Parada, who tried to break into the her Beverly Hills mansion and threatened her with a knife last summer.

Lucky for Paris, Cy was there at the time and pulled a gun on Parada – holding the intruder until the authorities arrived.
